Asola 12/15 is a tool with a dimeter of 460mm made of 12 15-bits rollers, for coarse bushammering finish on marble and limestone tiles. The rollers can be adjusted to different working diameters to allow the execution of the bushammering on tiles in widths between 15 and 40 cm.

Application:

Asola 12/15 can be fixed on in line automatic polishing machines| whose plate has a diameter between 400 and 550mm. Once the working diameter of the tool has been adjusted based on the width of the tile to bushammer| it is attached to the polishing machine's hold plate and it is worked without the movement of the bridge| according to the parameters in the instruction booklet.

Strengths:

By adjusting the working diameter of the tool| it is possible to bushammer tiles of any width without moving the bridge so that a very high feed rate can be used.
