Rotary bushammering for the marble industry

Since the most ancient times stone has been bushhammered by beating on the surface of the material to be worked.
Lately, however, a change has been brought about in the processing technique, the result of idea applied to necessity: the rotary bush-hammering, a tool with innovative features, which carries out the processing by simple pressure on the surface without percussion, designed and patented by Company Lupato in Pordenone.
After having tried the tool for a long time, they took the decision to put it on the market. Designed and manufactured in a wide range of models to be applied on almost every kind of polishing machine, it has the advantage of turning bush-hammering into such a simple operation as polishing.
It also grants an excellent performance with a reduction in costs, depreciation allowances and energy consumption. It is also suitable on very thin (even 1 cm thick) or defective slabs, avoiding breaking of faulty material. Thanks to the use of pressure noise has been greatly cut down and is very low when compared to the traditional automatic tools.
